A lot of youth ministries (student ministries) today are looking for the next step in reaching teens for Christ.  Unfortunately, many choose to do this by the way of the world whether it be by entertainment, or the watering down of the Word of God.  Brookside Baptist Youth Ministry is built on the foundation of the Word of God.  Our methods, music, ministry, and philosophy are all carefully built on a strong commitment to honor the Word of God.  The Word of God is very clear in stating the believer’s mission both in life and in ministry, and that mission is to “Glorify God”.

 

“To Him (God) be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.”  (Eph. 3:21)

 

The ultimate measure of success for our Youth Ministry is how well our teens bring glory to God through Christ.  In other words, our mission is to glorify God by causing others to come to a right opinion of God as our life touches theirs.
