As with any organization, the youth department at Brookside Baptist Church is made up of many different individuals, each of whom is important to the success of the ministry. Although the Youth Pastor and his wife are very important to the youth ministry, they are not the solution to the discipleship of your teenager. 

The most critical individuals in the Youth Ministry at Brookside Baptist Church are the parents. The Youth Ministry at Brookside is an extension of the ministry of the home. The Youth Ministry at Brookside seeks to team up with the parents to disciple each of the teens to develop a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ. In order to accomplish this goal, the Youth Ministry has recruited a team of spiritually-minded adults who have committed themselves to investing their lives into the lives of teenagers.  The Youth Staff is one of the keys to a smooth-running and successful youth ministry.
