Brookside Baptist Youth Ministry exists to glorify God by training young people to be passionate disciples of Jesus Christ. We want teenagers to come to the realization that the true meaning in life is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Christ can be known and wants to be known. He alone will fill the emptiness that is evident in teen culture today.  We desire as a youth ministry to live out our theme verse Joshua 22:5, “But take careful heed to do the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, to keep His commandments, to hold fast to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”  This verse outlines the five pillars of our youth ministry.  Each one of these pillars is a character quality that we pray will be cultivated in each teenager that passes through our ministry.  We desire them to: Love God with all their heart, Walk in all His ways, Obey His commands, Hold fast to God, and Serve Him with their heart and soul.  So in essence we are producing teens who are:

• Loving God

• Walking in Fellowship with Him

• Obeying His Word

• Faithful

• Serving Him
